q. about PSA/DNA pop. report

Does anyone know what criteria PSA uses for including these "PSA/DNA" (autographed) cards in the population report? It seems many of the STARS have their autographed cards included in the pop. report, while others do not. For example, there's a card on eBay auction at present, graded Vg/Ex 4, w/ three players, autographed by all three, and yet it's card number does not have a separate PSA/DNA entry on the pop. report. Does this mean that it has just been included in the totals for the "regular" 4's, or just left out altogether?

PSA is a bit inconsistant when it comes to PSA/DNA cards. Take for example, the 1955 Topps Ted Williams. They have 2 entries in the Pop report: 1385 regular cards, and one PSA/DNA 5. I first noticed this in the "Pop Report Update" section of SMR last year. Of course I took an interest in it, because, well...

The only thing I can think of that would have made them enter in one card for the pop report was that it was sold by SportsCards Plus (back in 2004).
