Another PCGS Wanna- Be grading service just popped up on Ebay. ( Name : ECGS )
I have no problem with grading services competing, but when they " Muddy the waters ", so to speak, then I take offense.
Before bidding, it would be a good idea to take a close look at the description of the coin and THE GRADING SERVICE !!!
