Nl east wow!

2 weeks ago this was a 1.5 game race between 5 teams. and everyone said it would be that way till end of year.

i still think it will tighten back up, I have to give the Nats credit though i never thought they would be the team to pull away like this.

Mets go there this week starting tomorow for a 4 game set. hoping we can take 3 of 4. a sweep would be nice.

Who thinks this team will start to fall? it will be an interesting 2 weeks now that they have to play all division games.

the nl east may very well be the best in the MLB this year. i just wonder what will happen in sept when the nationals want to expand the roster and MLB sez no like they have in the past.

hey kuhl have not seen you in a while how u been?

was in cali for a week on vacation.. was thinking about moving there but houses there compared to here in atlanta id have to work 8 jobs!! LOL awesome place but expensive for a house.

other than that my mets are so frustrating this year makes me mad! if they win tomorow it will be the 18th time this year they hit 500 ball again either going up or down, i guess that means we should end up 500.

im so ready for football season! hopefully eagles trade Owens away. that would give da boys a heck of a shot at the division.
  • NL east is a great division to watch! The Nats still suprise me as well - I saw the Nats/Cubbies game today - it was a good one.

Any phillies guys want to comment on the phillies player (I can't remember whom) hit punched a cop last night?!

kuhl. as for our mets I dont wanna say i told you so...but i told you so!

guys come here and they get richie hebner disease it seems.

they started out 0 and 5 and that is what will come back to haunt them had they won just 2 or even 1 of those games they would make the playoffs.....i can feel it

i agree but Pedro didnt get no disease. he has been lights out so far this year. and Beltran declared himself healthy 4 games ago and it is starting to show. 3 sb's this week. and a triple couple doubles. and floyd is hot this year also. maybe the curse of flushing( flush your career down the drain) maybe changing. i expect a solid 2nd half.

maybe willie will put wright in the 2 hole for the 2nd half i think he deserves it and would be best for the team.

What a tough division that is, top to bottom. I still think the Mets can make a second half run, believe it or not. I wouldn't be surprised to see Minaya pull the trigger on a big trade before the deadline, that is if they can play well enough the next few weeks. Atlanta just wins, it seems, no matter who plays for them! The Nationals are due to come back to earth, and don't count the Phillies out just yet.

mets take game 1 to get back to .500 for the 18th time this year LOL. pitching matchups favor mets to take 3 of 4. would put us 8 back. with 3 games before the break. still like mets chances would love to see willie move wright up to the 3 hole keep beltran in 2 hole.

come on pedro tomorow night, need that game its could be a huge win for the mets.
