I have a few sets of the first year issue 1999(s) SILVER STATE QUARTERS (5 pc. set) grading PCGS-PR69DCAM. Each set contains the DEL, PA, NJ, GA and CT SILVER state quarters in PCGS-PR69DCAM. The coins were graded a few years ago and are housed in the non-flag (regular) blue insert PCGS-PR69DCAM holders. There is a small speck or spot here and there on the coins (typical for this 5 + year old set), but overall the coins are a nice quality set. Priced at $299.95/set to forum members today with free shipping anywhere in the US.
