    MS65. It doesn't look like a proof.

I didn't dare to state my opinion on the grades, but actually I'm not familar with US grading, so forgive me.

My opinion was MS64 on the first and PF65 on the second coin. image

  • Ya know I am still confused image by the SA sets, they look high end MS to me, but are refered to as proof sets image

I have three of these sets (sold one had four) and all the coins look MS, but as I have been led to understand they are proof sets image

    That's ajaan Marty image

I graded them PF65 and PF64 respectively. Does ANACS refer to these coins are SP Select and not proof? Does anyone have any pre-1961 SA coins that have PF on the holder? I know ANACS calls many on the Canadian Dollars PL and not SP or is it visa-versa?

    Hey Marty,

Were these 2 recently graded by ANACS? As in the last 3 months?

Wow - 68 on the first one shocks me. Especially the chatter from the cheek all the way across the ear (lots there) to the back of the head. The reverse chatter across the Jackeloupe (hehe) is a little heavy.

Must be the BIG PICs that make the contact marks look more distracting.
