Spoon's ripoff of Jester's Challenge ;)

OK, so not so much like Jester's Challenge, but I thought I'd let you guys have fun deciphering this old coin before I tell you the story behind it. (Yes, I do know what it is! image )

Feel free to give any bit of info you can: ruler, date, mint location, grade, etc etc. This is meant to be fun!

Here's the coin:

It would appear to be a follis of one of the Caesars, specifically Crispus. Is this a victory commem celebrating a local battle?

    What is NOB CAES?

    Crispus is right!

    NOB CAES = Noble caesar

And, yes, it's a victory commem image over who, though?

For useless trivia points, anyone know what the name Crispus means?
