I just found a 1996 Jamaican Five dollar coin in a roll of nickles. Is it worth more or less than a nickle ? Also found a damaged 1928 Australia 3 pence in a roll of dimes a couple weeks ago. It looks like it is silver.

Your 1996 Jamaican $5 coin is composed of steel, current Krause listing has a retail value of $2.50 U.S. in UNC condition with nothing listed in lower grades. [KM# 163]
As for the 1922 Australian threepence, it is indeed 92.5% silver. Current Krause values are F $1.75, VF $7.50, XF $21.50, UNC $125.00. [KM# 24] (However, you have hit the jackpot of you have an overstrike 1922/1 version -- look at the second 2 in the date and see if it is superimposed over a visalbe 1. If so, the Krause value is $2,125.00 in fine and goes skyward for better grades.)
Nice finds!
