    One thing for sure; 1885-CCs are tough to find in circulated grades. As for the Fine grade AAAAAAHHHH - I'm not totally sure, seems to me if the rims are worn into the field isn't the grade G-04?

    I was thinking it's a really nice Good-06.

    The ANA Grading Guide says a Fine-12 has to have both lines in both cotton bolls clearly visible, and to be a VG-08 it has to have full and distinct rims. This coin does not appear to have either of those.

    Of course, a lower grade makes it an even rarer coin, and the difference is totally meaningless in terms of value. I have a PCGS Fair-02 example that is probably worth the same amount.
    When in doubt, don't.
