Who can id this VAM? Only clue is it's an 1883

  • image Your only clue being the location of the clashed wing at Lberty's neckline isn't much a of a clue but here is my guess:

    Edit: Most clashed die Morgan Dollars exhibit the clashed wing under liberty's neck and near the top of the right wreath on the reverse. These are easy to spot from a distance. The ones that normally qualify as clashed die VAMs are ones that exhibit a letter somewhere. You have to figure the VAM by its normal attibutions first and then see if the clashed letter/object has been attributed yet.

    If I only had a dollar for every VAM I have...err...nevermind...I do!! image
