I wouldn't neg if you get the money.
You got good money for it. He pays with good funds and I would give a positive.
If it took 3+ weeks, then I would be upset....as long as he has communicated it isn't that bad though.

Usually If I Buy It Now...I have the money for the things I buy...I do not go to the grocery store and tell them I will pay them when I feel like it!

Most people I know (including myself) wait around 30-35 days before taking action on a NPB.......

IMHO, while most people pay a lot faster, 12 days is not unreasonable.

When I was selling, I gave folks 3 or 4 weeks to take care of it.
The main thing for me was that they make contact after they receive my invoice.
I can deal with late payments but no contact for 2 or 3 weeks made me feel uneasy.

I think it also depends greatly on the value/price of the coin. You have to give a while for people to pay for expensive coins sometimes, but they should at least have good communication during the waiting period. Sometimes people have to wait to get their paychecks before they can pay and only bid because they didn't want to pas up a good deal. I would say minimum 3 weeks (with good communication) before I would even start worrying. Just MHO, but others around here are much more experienced that I am.

It's pretty easy just to use the ebay dispute link from you myebay page.

I sold one set on ebay to someone with over 1000 FB (only 2 negs) with no reply or payment. After 7 days I filed the ebay dispute and if I have heard nothing by Sunday, I'll get my fee refund - relist it - and neg 'em. Simple procedure but the buyer still pizzes me off for wasting my time. If it comes to that, I'll post a thread about it too so the buyer can be blocked by those choosing to avoid him/her.
