I hope I didn’t bend over …

I just ordered two silver proof sets off of eBay. I also notice that there are quite a few empty proof-set holders, boxes, and COA’s up for bid. Why would you want one of these things unless you were going to fill it with coins that didn’t “crack out” very well and list it on eBay? I hope I don’t get refilled holders. I’ll hope for the best, I guess.

    Some people refill holders, some even refill them with regular, not silver, proof sets. I asked one of the sellers the same question. There's obviously a demand.

    That’s depressing. Is there any way to tell if the holder has been fooled with by looking at it?
