Guess the Grade & Photography Feedback

So I'm playing with my new copy stand and am trying to get this imaging 'right', any feedback would be appreciated. Also, Guess the Grade on this piece...



And the grade:

PCGS XF45, DHeath got it on the first post

Bought it raw awhile ago and sent it in, was hoping for a low AU grade - didn't work out.

45. I like the pic. The clarity is great, but it's a shade dark. JMO

I'd bump the exposure up a notch, esp on the barber. AU something or other. Library of congress looks good.

AU53 for the barber half.

I think your pictures are very nice but a bit dark. I hope you don't mind, but I wanted to see what your Barber would look like if I let my picture software autobalance the brightness.

I just started using a shutter release cable paired with the copy stand (after I took these photos) and it alleviated all the clarity issues seen in these. Definately recommend a copystand, makes all the difference.
