I think a good 69 should be more common than they currently are.

That's possible, but I doubt any bulk orders have completed yet.
Edited to add: And nobody is going to specify a minimum of MS70.

I hope they get my order finsihed before these become as common as dirt.
My Phillys seem deserving of a 69/70 but the Denver ones are a different story.
