    Looks like 69s could end up common as dirt.

    You really mean 10% of the coins graded, not submitted. Those two 70s could have come off a bulk order of 1,000 coins with a min grade of MS70 specified.

    That's possible, but I doubt any bulk orders have completed yet.

    Edited to add: And nobody is going to specify a minimum of MS70.

    My Phillys seem deserving of a 69/70 but the Denver ones are a different story.

    No D mints showing in the pop report yet. It'll be interesting to see what kind of numbers they generate.

    My guess is someone went through a large quantity of sets and picked out the very, very best coins and had them graded with the express 5 day service. The rest of the coins they picked will probably go bulk. This way they will be the first to get the big coins and get all the money.

    Or they could have simply listed a bunch on eBay before they even had grades.
