Forgot the submission form

I'm a dumb a$$. I mailed off a submission under the current set registry special this morning. As I was driving to lunch a few minutes ago I discovered the submission form laying on the dashboard. The post office courier had already picked up this mornings mail so the box is on its way. I sent an e-mail to customer service stating that I was sending the form via Priority Mail with copies of the receipts showng the confirmation numbers and hoped that they could match the form to the box. Anybody else ever done this? If so what were the results?

Go ahead let the "dumb a$$" remarks flow. I deserve them.
