1975 Topps

Was looking at the 75 set on Ebay at some cards to get an idea on pricing and saw this card, now I know it is hard to tell some things by a scan but does this card look like it has a dent and if so would it still fall within 9 guidelines? Just wondering.

Cards with dents would preclude them from getting 9s. There is a strong possibility that a small speck of white paper was on the scanner and it caused a shadow on the card.
I am guessing that is on the case as well.
