I may spend too much time on Ebay but...

...it has its rewards.....

TONIGHT

LAST NIGHT

notice that I had bid on both items....

I feel bad for my friend Jimmywalnuts (highend) who should have gotten more then he did.....

The lesson here is to pick a price that you are willing to pay and eventually it will come your way.

I noticed that the centering on the "tonight" Koosman is almost perfect. IMO that is why the card saw more action.

I think it was BOBS who said " you make your money when you buy"

i think it would apply here

Agreed. It looks like tonight's card was targeted by a couple of heavy hitters who really wanted that specific card.

It is funny how certain people are buying certain years. As a 67 collector, I see certain names bidding on ebay for 67s and then there are names of people I do not recgonize buying 67s. I will usually check to see what they have bought lately and sometimes they are just buying anything vintage, not any paticular year. I do not know all the heavy hitters names on ebay for 67s yet.

The fact that 2 were on ebay at the same time and one of them was clearly superior is what created the divide IMO.
