Help Identifying Cards

I've been helping my son use Beckett's online card database to identify a bunch of modern cards he has. We've got about 13 of them that we can't accurately identify because they don't seem to match anything in the online database. I'm wondering if you all could take a look at them and see if you have any insights into what they are. I've posted front and back pictures along with a few notes about each card from links on the following web page:

The top left corner on the back of the Reggie Miller card has a #62 on it.
I think the Anthony Lucas card is just called a "Collectors Edge T3 Preview", I found a few other cards like this listed on the Beckett Buy, Sell, Trade pages and that was the only description on the cards.
You have the "Grace" version on the Warren Moon card, the "Grace" would be B101 and the "Showcase" version would be C101.
The Sapp card is a Rookie F/X card, I did a search on E-bay and there were other cards listed that had the same MVP look that you had and they were being called Rookie F/X, also in the fine print at the bottom on the back of the card it mentions Rookie F/X in the trademark.
After doing some searching on Beckett, I am 99% sure the Curtis Martin is a Pro Line DCIII All-Pros #14, I can't see it clearly from the scan but right after his name on the front, might be the Pro Line DCIII emblem.
I am a major Rice collector, that is a 1993 U.S. Playing Cards Ditka's Picks #11S. (no I don't have one in my collection)
Open up the Favre Big Numbers card, on the inside right hand panel, there will be a big yellow number, If the # is 0, that equals BN5A, #1=BN5B, #2=BN5C, #3=BN5D etc.
The 1994 Classic Four Sport hockey card is the "Gold" version, I found it in an old issue of Sportscards Plus magazine and also found one for sale on E-bay, the picture in the auction had the same design as what you have.
I am not into hockey, but in the 1990-1991 Upper Deck hologram set there are only four players: Gretzky, Hull, Messier, Yzerman. I can't make it out on the scan, but is there a chance that in the upper left hand corner on the front, there is a team logo? If it is and you know what teams these guys play for, maybe that can help.
That's all I know, hope it helped.
The Mark Jackson is a '99-'00 Topps Pre-Production card. They're not listed in the Beckett Almanac.
The Lucas is a T3 Hologold Preview. They're also not listed in Beckett.
The Golubovsky is the gold version, as mreuter said. Those were 1 per pack parallels.
I think the hologram is a Gretzky, but those holograms were so awful that no one seems to care.

If anyone has any info on the Dampier or Stackhouse cards, that'd sure be appreciated too!
On the 1990 UD Hockey Hologram, I don't think it matches any of the Gretzky pix I've been able to find. I haven't found any of Messier, Hull or Yzerman to compare with. I'll keep digging into that. Thanks again to all!
