Or does anyone really care? No overwhelming studs like Carmello and Lebron, and a ton of high schoolers trying to get in before the age restriction goes in effect.

I agree on this one. There is just nothing to get excited about this year.
I believe that Marvin Williams will be the first pick, but Andrew Bogut is a better choice.
Saw a piece on ESPN today. The Bucks brought both in for a test.
Bogut looked stronger and more apt to pick up a new system. He actually gave the team a resume and a written presentation on why they should draft him. That is a guy who wants to play.
