Hand Cut Cards for PSA Grading?

If I hand cut these cards, would PSA grade them... and would they be able to distinguish the tray that they came from? I would leave a bit of color on the borders (yellow on one, red on the other) and also I believe the font on the caption is different. Has anyone done this? What's the best way to cut them for a high PSA grade?

    You should make sure to cut neatly outside of the borders - or maybe those Global guys would just slab the whole thing. Come to think of it, take your laptop in to them with this thread pulled up and they might holder the whole computer for you.

    PSA does slab the entire 1971 Milk Duds box. But I believe these two items are larger.
