NGC cross to PCGS ???

What are the chances of a modern gold eagle NGC MS70 , crossing to PCGS ?
Fishing is not a matter of life and death.......It's much more important than that........

    Zero. They don't cross that grade.

    That being said , will a NGC MS70 command the same value as a PCGS MS70 ?

    Usually not. PCGS graded coins often sell for more than NGC coins at the same grade, especially for a generic item like bullion.

    To eleborate, an MS70 coin is supposed to be perfect. If the coin is in a slab, the grader cannot ascertain the condition of the reeds on the rims and therefore could not grade THE ENTIRE coin. The coin would need to be submitted raw to realize any fantasy of an MS70 grade. Cracking a slabbed NGC MS70 would therefore be strongly discouraged.
