$1000 Silver Certificate 1 LB. bar

I am curious, this is not real currency right? Says it is a 1 LB Silver Certificate........but Washington Mint? Just ran accross it online and was wondering. Here is a link to the auction.

    One troy pound equals 12 troy ounces. Multiply silver spot price times 12 and you have the value.
