To tell you the truth, I don't!

When bagging them up, I came across 2 memorial pennies that I quickly pulled out and put them into my pocket to spend as change in the grocery store. I also pulled out a couple of culls destined to the same purpose as the memorials.

Other than that, you take your chances.
