Good luck in your new business. Are you going to build a website too?

Gas prices being what they are and all, and me being in Calfiornia, I hope you'll understand if I don't drop by for your grand opening. image

Congratulations and good luck - very impressive and bold move! image

If you would have located it closer to southern California I would come and visit.

Just a suggestion - don't use your icon in your signage image

A dream of mine as hopefully one day I can do the same, when I dont need to rely on selling coins to make a living.

Please post the address so I can find it on Mapquest. I occasionally pass by LaPorte on my way thru northern Indiana on I-94.

    longtimecollector,
Congrats on opening your own coin shop. That's pretty cool. Good luck with the grand opening and with the shop. Yeah, make sure to post some pics.

  • I hope the dealers shop you described a while ago isn't your competition image Reading between the lines now, I wonder if what you described is the shop you're going to open, if so, I'm sure you'll do well if there's enough collectors in your area. If I lived anywhere near you I know I'd visit often, around me there's only 1 brick and mortar and he isn't worth my time.

Congratulations and good luck, being a small business owner can be satisfying, but is a hell of a lot of work.

Congrats on opening your shop. I guess you'll be offering giveaways now, advertising your new shop? TShirts? Frisbees? Fridge magnets? Letter openers? Lil pocket knives? Just kidding....... image Good luck, I hope you have lots of success (and fun).

I'm "brick and mortar", but my antique mall booth is maybe the equivalent of five bricks and one thin layer of mortar. image

One recommendation: if you're gonna get business cards, use wooden nickels instead. They're a good promotional item.

    I ordered mine from here.
