64RB. There's a faint fingerprint on the reverse keeping it from 65. It can almost be considered 64RD.

The details in the feathers in your picture would make me say 62, BUT they are there in the ANR picture

    MS65RD

  • I'm going to have to agree with the majority and say MS-64RB. As Shamika said, the fingerprint below "CENT" keeps it from going -65RB.

When I was playing guess the grade at auction, I would do much better if I held the coin at arms length and get an overall feel for the coin. My arms length estimates were much better than my 7X estimates. That's the problem with grading pictures.

I suspect the TPG's do the same - it's more market grading rather than technical. I suspect this coin, at arms length, would "look" 64R. image

OffMetal was correct in what PCGS would give it. It sits in a 63RB holder. Thats why I love this coin.

Slight print keeps it out of a Gem in my opinion, though much more subtle in hand, you can make out just a trace of a print on the lower reverse.

I love the RB designation as well, I'm thinking the print is what decided it.

Will I try to upgrade it nah... Not Worth it. However getting it for the 63RB money, I'll enjoy it as much as many of my gems IHCs.

Sometimes those Low end MS coins look much better then what the plastic says.

    Thanks all for the guesses
