Anyone ever deal with great_lakes_auction_house on ebay?

They always have nr-mt raw raws, glowing feedback, but No paypal and in Canada. I had sent them bank checks twice, and never received cards. Just curious if anyone has received these GEM MINT beauties from Canada. Also, is there a way to track shipping to Canada, and a way to get your money back if it is trimmed, or never shows up?

    I bought a "mint" 1955 Bowman football card from them that was trimmed (Norm VanBrocklin). I measured the card soon after receipt, noticed it was trimmed and complained immediately. They allowed me to return for a full refund. Customer service A; card quality F.
