Complete 1969 Topps BB Set (PSA-8.05)

I am selling the following set:

1969 Topps Baseball Complete Set listed on the PSA registry as SilverEagle69 and with a rating of 8.05 (currently fifth).

SMR (by my "almost" correct calculations) is low-mid-$20k's and I will sell it by private sale for $16k. Payment by check. money order or cashier's check. Buyer to pay actual cost of INSURED shipping via USPS or UPS at buyers choice. I will refund cost if buyer feels set received is not as listed. I can send scans of requested cards.

Finally, I will offer with the sale a choice of PSA-9 upgrades and white letter veriation cards also at 80% of SMR (these are only offered with this sale).

Sounds like one nice set, good luck with the sale. Just curious thought, how long have you had the set completed? Without having to go into to much detail if it is personal, why selling? Working on other set(s)?

This was my backup set to my primary, Cryer69 on the registry. With the addition of the Hernandez it was complete and time to go.
