Hard to tell for sure, but judging from how white those "100" year old borders are and the fact the card resides in a PRO holder, I would vote for reprint.

Like the owner of a genuine EX-MT to NM T206 Cobb would send it to PRO for grading.
Why trim it, if it's real? It would sell for more even as a PSA 2 than a PRO-anything. Even raw would be more valuable, because there's a 2% chance it's real and undoctored. The PRO holder shows there is zero chance the card is OK.
Couldn't they at least get a decent holder for the card? How tacky... that card sitting on the bottom right corner just looks awful. What happens if/when it spins upside down? Do you sit and whack the holder til it turns right side up again? eesh.
<<< A beautiful Ty Cobb red portrait T-206 card graded a 6.5 EX-NM+ by PRO Grading. A Psa 7 Near Mint books at $3,500. S/H is $5. Insurance is optional and will be extra. Thanks for looking and good luck! >>>
So the seller knows all about PSA heh? I think that says it all that something is wrong with the card. Obviously we know about Pro grading trimmed cards - that is a fact. Pro slabbing reprints? - I haven't seen evidence of that yet, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they started or have been doing that - and I'm not ever going to buy a Pro graded card to find out.

People have been trimming cards for as long as cards have been around. I agree with Steve, most likely genuine but trimmed and possibly bleached.
