    It's right at the limit for a 9 which is 35 / 65, but yeah it qualifies.
    Part of the left side of the card is obscured so it appears worse than it is.

    By the way, it takes less than a minute to measure the centering on a card from a scan.
    Just save the picture to your computer, enlarge the picture, and then lay a finely graded ruler on your screen.

    In this case I got 19 on the left side and 32 on the right side.
    Just add the two numbers together and then devide them into the total :
    19 / 51 = 37 and 32 / 51 = 63, making the left to right centering 37 / 63.

    That's not a 9 I'd pay top dollar for, but the centering fits within PSA's guidelines.
