How plentifull are cards that have not had the back scrached off(both PSA and Raw).
Also, how does psa grade the scrached ones? Thinking about starting a set. What do
you guys think?

I collect 1960 Topps baseball, raw and PSA. 1971 Topps baseball, raw.1975 topps baseball, raw(Done). 1959 topps baseball.

That's a good question about the effect the scratch-offs may have on the PSA grades. I just searched on completed eBay auctions and didn't see any back scans or mention of whether the backs had been scratched off or not.
I would assume it would have an effect on the grade, especially if a serrated edge of a coin was used, damaging the surface.
Since you haven't gotten much of a response from the Board members yet, perhaps you could go to the PSA Set Registry for the '64Ts and find someone with an email address to contact. They'd most likely know!
