Is this a 1995 Lincoln Cent Double die?

I was looking through my change and found this 1995 cent. I always check my 1995 Lincoln cents for the double die. Can anyone tell me if this could possibly be one. I know there is a couple of different double dies for the date.

I only see doubling on the letters LIBER in the word LIBERTY. I didn't see any doubling on the date or on any other words. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I can see something on the "T" in Liberty.. But I dont anything about a 1995 DD.

What is it and what causes that effect?

I believe it is due to die fatigue with this effect occuring particularly on copper plated zinc dies.

could be a shearing effect...much like what causes machine doubling
