Is this a spear or a scratch?

It is pretty faint so it didn't show up too well on the scan. I have taken it to 3 dealers and got 3 different oppinions one yes one no and one keep it just in case. any opionons are welcome good or bad

    Hi, I currently have 2 graded spears in my hand and my spears are on the front side on the letter e on states. Yours appears to be on the back side. Find an example on Ebay and compare the spear location.

    Is the line raised on the coin? If not I'd say its a scratch.

    it is very hard to tell if it is raised or not. That is why I got 3 differing opinions. It looks raised to me but maby I'm just wishfull.
