    What's the biggest decline pre 1970 (graded, raw or wax)?

    Well, it look s like nolan ryan rookies have seen an adjustment lately... the last PSA 9 sold for 4,000, 1 grand under book. there is one ending in a couple days so we'll see what legacy can get for one.
