This one might not be so hypothetical. I'll let Eric and Laura fill in the details. image

Well Andy, nice of you to make reference to the real reason you flooded the board.

Eric - Are you referring to my apparent desire to displace nonsensical rants with intellectually stimulating topics of discussion? image

Does anyone else find it ironic that folks with thousands upon thousands of individual posts are complaining about "flooding" the board? I've been here for over four years and posted No. 400 earlier today.

Absolutely. So when did you become the supreme dictator of what gets discussed here? It's also been reported to me that it's your intention to bury any discussions on ACG.

Eric - Really? Who told you that? Must have been a wannabe...

Uh, excuse me. I haven't flooded this board with threads to push down threads I don't like.

Ah, so that was MrEureka's intent?

You know who you sound like? The very same people that sued you. Both cases involved obviously unfounded accusations of other peoples' intentions.

    Yeech.

For an attorney, you sure don't have very good reading comprehension. Read Andy's post above where he admits to this.

Doug, please show me how many threads I have started today.

You don't have any problem with someone flooding the board because they have determined certain threads are "nonsensical"?
  • K6AZK6AZ Posts: 9,295
And please show me where I've ever told Andy what subject matter he could post.

Eric - Which of your threads do you think I'm trying to bury? I'd be glad to "ttt" them so that they get proper attention.

When did I say my threads? I haven't posted many lately, but it's nice to read threads posted by different people.

Your decision to flood this board because you decided certain threads were "nonsensical" is rude, inconsiderate of others and obnoxious.

You couldn't, so you inserted a smiley.

Did you even read Andy's post above where he admits to flooding to push off threads he doesn't like?

What part of this statement from Andy Lustig don't you understand?

What part of this statement from Andy Lustig don't you understand?

The part where he admits that he initiated sixteen related threads for the purpose of displacing those he didn't like.

I don't understand it because it isn't there. He's already explained that he initiated the threads in order to prepare for some sort of upcoming convention. You appear to be so enraged with him -- I don't know the reason and it's none of my business -- that you can't see things clearly. This has degenerated into a waste of time, so forgive me for letting it go now.

Good lord, he put his reasoning right there in black and white and you still don't get it. What I'm getting from some of you is it is perfectly acceptable to flood this board to get rid of threads you don't like. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The bolded text is not an admission of anything in my opinion. I believe he's playing to your obvious desire to have an argument.

    Eric,

My funny face response was for the line i bolded in the previous post.

And again Doug, where have I flooded this board with now 18 threads?

And don't play with words. That is exactly why he is doing it.

You know what? I think I'm going to find all of Laura's wannabe threads and spend the rest of the day ttt'ing them.

Eric - Why not ttt all the ACG threads instead? Has your attorney advised against that? Does that have anything to do with settling with ACG? BTW, ACG has never thanked me in one of their ads. I wonder why?

Hey Andy, for someone who claims to want to avoid lawsuits, you sure make some outrageous statements.

If you don't understand a subtle word play that's not my problem. I'm not "playing with words", you're not understanding them.

<< <i>You know what? I think I'm going to find all of Laura's wannabe threads and spend the rest of the day ttt'ing them. >>

Whatever it takes to get you through your day Eric. Makes no difference to me whatsoever. I'm sure the resulting continuing discussion will be entertaining and educational.

You might want to first consider the things you've gotten upset about, and gone on unending rants over, before you make childish decisions. image

Kind of a "pot / kettle / black" type scenareo if you know what i mean image

I have yet to see why Mr. Eureka's stimulating questions could not be condensed into a groups of 4 questions each. Since there are more good ones to come (?), why not do that and get more answers, if answers are the motivation (I have given all a response).
