Autographed 3x5

If I have an auto'ed 3x5 that I'd like to get authenticated and holdered what is the process to go through. I went to the PSA/DNA site and they make no mention of holdering your item just giving you a letter. Am I missing something?

    It's just $20 to get authenticated and holdered. Just put on the top of the form in highlighted writing "PLEASE HOLDER THIS ITEM"

    Just use the basic form for submitting cards for grading and as Knuckles said, indicate that you want autograph authentication and grading.
