Topps couldn't find another photo for cards two year apart? I know that some of the 50's like Kaline and Aaron use the same head shot (54, 55 and 56) but a whole picture?

If only Todd had the work ethic that his old man Rebel Randy had he may have had a hell of a career. Booze and smokes, while they didn't hinder the Babe, seem to take a toll on more mortal of men.

As for the laziness, thats brutal. I wonder if there are any other examples of this out there as well.

I've noticed a few of the same photo between the 1968 and 1969 sets

I know a state senator that used the same official photo for at least 15 years in a row. He only changed when the official book went to color pictures.

There are also a bunch from 55 and 56 that share the same photograph -- Aaron is one, I believe

Then youre gonna hate modern, the trick these days is to crop the picture and reuse it. I have seen one Pic of Boggs on about 6 to 10 diffrent cards. Wish I had more free time to get and show them but trust me.
