Question about PSA set registry special

Does this also apply for player collectors?
If yes, but the player is not listed as part
of their player's list (although I requested it 1 year ago).
My membership expires on 7/06, so it would be great
to get these off by the end of the month if this applies.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I dont believe any of the cards have to be in a set. I think the "set registry special" is something of a misnomer.

any card that meets the criteria of a special may be sent in you do not have to be working on a set or player set to send in cards that qualify for the specials.
