GAI Pack Grading and Order Tracking

I sent some packs to GAI using the pdf web submission form. So, as far as I know there is not way to track it at http://www.gacard.net/orders/main.asp because taht pdf form has no order status #. Anyboby ever done this and managed to check the status somehow? How long does their economy service usually take in practice? The whole 30 days?

Also, I heard Paul Wright no longer works for GAI, but he is listed on their site still. Anyone know the details or if I just heard wrong?

Did you give them a call? People have been reporting some unpleasant customer service with respect to lost packs and other items.

We will just send you some money equal to the value of the packs because if I know us we already lost them. (GIA customer service department)
