Has anyone heard of this dealer? He has a lot of raw cards, but he doesn't have pictures and his raw prices seem high (especially w/ no pictures).

    Dave Levin. Good guy, good service, accurate grading.He's the guy that got the huge find of Old Judges last year. I"m sure he'll provide scans and would probably deal if you bought a few cards. He does travel out of the country a lot, but usually has an assistant answering emails.
