Toned Redfields are they rare? also some grades back..

Picked this off of Ebay, It's a 97 s. Seller had it listed as a 79 s but I bought it because of the toning. Since I never was interested in Redfields before this they have peaked my interest some.
Is this the type of toning that occurs on these coins? And is this toning common?
I have no idea what the premium is on "Redfield" coins so I'm hoping that if there is little the toning makes up for it.
Also the coin is no 65. I would have to go easy 63 and a small shot at 64.

  • That is one of the nicer looking Redfields I have seen!!

Most seem to have "russet/golden" rim toning from the holder -- not ugly, but not monster. Yours seemed to pick up some nice color. Nice find!!
