'61 aaron issue

I have this '61 aaron

it measures with my other 61's except there seems to be extra material in the bottom left, it wasn't cut strait.
I would think it was trimmed but no, the top part of th ecard is the correct width, and the bottom is TOO WIDE!

what the heck? manufacturing error? Look at th ebottom left:

    Probably a miscut. I have a handful of 1969's with similar cuts and were rejected as 'miscut' by PSA. I still remember getting a Butch Metzger in a 1977 pack (opened back in '77) that had a very wide cut on the bottom half of the card. It barely fit in the pack and was much wider than the other cards.
