what is the best way to remove them at the perforations without affecting the grade? exacto?

    I think someone asked a question like this about the Tiger Woods SI rookie in the same genre. I believe the poster cut the card at the perforations rather than just tear it clean and PSA docked them. I guess PSA is looking for a clean tear rather than cutting to eliminate the "trimmed" aspect when they grade them. Just a thought.....
