Interesting picture problem in set registry

I put a few pictures into the set registry just to try out the process.
I noticed that on the 1872 proof set with gold, the current set list had my pictures, but the all time finest set did not. In the 1872 proof without gold, they both have the pictures.
Anyone know why the pictures didn't go into the all time finest list?
