Anyone else helping PSA and Joe O.?

I mentioned this in another topic a few days ago but it was buried towards the end of the list. My apologies to anyone who has to read this twice.
I noticed a lot of complaining recently about how far off SMR prices can be. I was trying to buy a Phil Simms rookie off of eBay several weeks ago (SMR is $42 for PSA 9). After four or five ended, I realized this card couldn't be had for less than $60. I then noticed a place on the PSA website where you could send price updates. I sent an email, along with a link to a couple of the ended auctions, just to give my two cents.
I received an email back that looked like it was from Joe Orlando himself (like I said, looked like, makes no difference) thanking me for my input.
Low and behold, according to another board member, when the SMR came out this month, the 1980 topps phil simms rookie in PSA 9 was listed at $55+.
I was truly impressed that PSA would actually give a rats a$$ to an email that I sent. And with a gazillion cards on the market, I'm sure it's easy to fall behind on prices for one card or another.
Anyone else been nerdy as me and send any price info to PSA? Did it work? I was happy to help them update instead of just complaining about them being off a bit in pricing.
If only in the back they would've wrote "Thanks to Shawn for the updates" I'd be a celebrity like Knuckles.

My sent items in outlook shows my original email went to joe@collectors.com
I explained to them I'd been seeing the card go for higher than it was listed and, taa daa, a price increase in this months beckett.
I hit them with an e-mail with about 40 auctions that I had that ended(thankfully) above SMR. And they hit me back with, Thank you for your input (and I am paraphrasing now) but one or two auctions that finish above SMR is no reason to change the SMR price. I was livid! I had 2 auctions of the same card in PSA 9 that were nearly double what SMR had and they goffed at me.
Its awesome they listened to you and I probably am foolish for stopping from those e-mails but I felt I was beating a dead horse. I probably should start them again.
