Graded Pack Collectors. Is this a 9 ?

So I'm doing an Ebay search for " GAI Pack " looking for a graded hockey pack. I have yet to puchase any pack graded by GAI but thought it might be a neat novelty to have in my collection. When the results came up, there was not much to mention in hockey but a 1979 " STAR TREK " pack intrigued me.
Under close examination of the supersized scan, I was shocked to see this pack graded a 9.
Be sure to look at the supersized scan of the front of the pack. Top left and lower left corners
have seen better days.
I don't have much knowledge in this area of the hobby, but this pack hardly looks " MINT " to me.

Global MINT (9)
The pack appears to have all the attributes of a Global Gem-Mint 10. Upon closer inspection, there is one minor flaw such as a minor wrinkle, touch of wear at one corner or a small print mark may be visible. Centering must be 80-20 or better.
Do I think this pack meets this definition? No, but I find these GAI pack grades to be all over the board, I have many graded packs and I don't see much consistency even in my own collection. To put a twist on an oft used phase....buy the pack not the holder!
