Question about Current PSA Set Registry Special

Does anyone know for sure if 'Tall-boys' may be submitted for this $5 service. They changed the ad from the last Set Reg Special that excluded "Tall-boys, Supersized, and Autographed" to just "Supersized and Autographed"? This still seems very vague and want to know for sure. Thanks!

    jetfan,

Tall boys are included in the $5.00 special but they must be on a seperate submission than regular sized cards.

Send your cards with a check or credit card number to PSA using the shipping instructions on the submission form. Raw cards, crossovers, and Tall boys/Pins/Coins must be submitted separately.

Just out of curiosity, what are the tallboys between 72-92?

Anything that won't fit in a standard holder is a tall boy for submission purposes.

1972-1992 $5 per card. No minimum. No guaranteed turnaround. (Excludes Super Sized and Autographed cards.)

This is on screen when you click the special. Doesn't this mean no tallboys?

^I would absolutely think so. but then again who can tell? What if it is a tall boy star card???!??1
  • Tall boys are allowed supersize cards are not supersize cards are cards like Turkey Reds or S81s sorry dont know what cards are supersized between 72-92. Star cards are also allowed to be submitted on this deal i have sent in many stars under the special and have had no problems.image

I think 76-77 bkb are supersized, not tall boys. I would like to submit 69/70 and 70/71 bkball but I think they put it at 72 for that reason.

How about the larger 70s disks and 71 topps supers? They all fit into the same slab.

  • they will do the discs and they will also do the 1976 basketball. Supersize cards regularly cost a minimum of $35 to grade the 1976 basketball can be graded for less then the $35 a card.image
