What percent of NGC coins cross at the same grade to PCGS holders?

I have an interest in crossing my NGC gold, principally branch mints, to PCGS holders which I prefer. Do you have any indicatiion about what percent cross at the same grade or higher?

Several years ago the crossover rate was in the 30% to 50% range. Now I think it's around 20%. And I don't think we've tightened up...maybe it's just that the most crossable coins have already crossed...and/or maybe dealers are trying to cross more marginal coins now.
