Some times you have to refocus on your collecting <<SSSP>>

Over the past week or so I have decided to refocus my collecting and will be pretty much sticking with Great Britian and British Colonies and Territories.

I will still collect a few other Countries, particularly the ones I have lived in or visited. But I am giving up on the world type set thing. I have too
many coins as it is. Mongoose and I had a swap yesterday so he had first crack at what I have. You can see the list here >>>> World Coins
This is not my trade list but the coins from my collection I don't want to keep, I can also e-mail an XLS spread sheet if desired.

Some of these will probably end up on Flea-Bay, feel free to make offers, and I can image them if you need a look see particularly on the ones that are a Dollar or more.

My U.S. coins will be going next, but you won't see them here....image

Sorry for the SSSP, but y'all may be a look'n fer some of these....

Hmm ... must be something in the air of late. I have been seriously considering keeping my British, Canadian and Australian stuff plus a few pieces that I consider "special" ... and selling the rest.

  • I was thinking of starting a British collection myself beginning in 2006/07. I don't know if I should keep my Canadian proof sets. They don't seem to have good return on them.

Would that be hammered as in sprawled out on the floor with a black eye after laughing at a rugby or football fan or hammered as in lying sprawled out with a black eye when the floor suddenly came up and hit you in the face? image

My area of focus will be British, Canadian, Iceland, Ireland and a few coins that peak my interest (ancients). I have really been kicking around the idea if selling all of my U.S. coins with exception of my birthyear and proof Ike sets.

    Sorry, man image

    ... Well, sorta image

The more I think about it, the more appealing it sounds to sell my nearly complete (lacking 3 coins) US Type Set in the ol' Dansco, and the US large cents and half cents. Think of how many NICE British coins I could purchase with those proceeds image
