Cert # Question... PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I was just wondering if you can find out if these #'s 11685205 & 308485522 belong to anyone?

I have the opportunity to pick both these up at a resonable cost and just want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

    CERT 11685205 is a 1963 Topps Bob Lilly psa 8
    CERT 308485522 has 1 to many numbers no math ,no way to tell who owns them

    GOD i hate these idiots. All of the 63,s are mine so beware if anyone else was watching them.
    The photos come from the last superior aucton.

    It's (almost) unbelievable someone would try to pull this scam. I've taken the advice of some wise ones here (also see thread Questions on Cert #s).

    I went through and modified my '62T cert numbers, not that there are any "priceless" cards in it (unless I can get that PSA 10 Mantle from softparade??!), but now I prefer to not tempt the unscrupulous to pull these types of scams. I used paintbrush, which comes with the Windows operating system, to modify my Cert Nos. for example:

    I just sent a link to this thread to Superior. Maybe they'll take some action where the images are stolen from their past auction.

    I think we have to do whatever we can to stop these scumbags or else we'll all pay one way or another in the end.

    I've been trying to warn all of the high bidders in his auctions that this is a scam but Yahoo auctions won't let you contact bidders the same way ebay does. This is very frustrating as I don't want anyone to send this jacka$$ any money. Anyone know any of the bidders besides the ones I'm winning? Maybe I'll just outbid everyone, I'm just worried about my credit card being charged for the closing amount.
