back on April 7th. Auction Item number: 5181496454. He cashed my check on April 21st and too date I have not received my card. I've tried emailing and calling and haven't had any responses. Does anyone know anything about this guy?

I won an auction from this guy in Feburary for a $350 card. After the auction ended, I recieved an email from him saying that I couldn't pay by Paypal since his account had been hijacked (and lost a ton of money in the process). It was a little funny I thought, but then he did have good feedback so I guess it could've happened. I tried contacting him by email, but never got a response. I eventually reached him at the phone number he provided in his emails, and he was very accomadating. He agreed to send the card COD, which I appreciated since it was a bit more work. I also recieved constant email updates after that. I recieved the card promptly after that, and was happy with it. Even then it was a month after the auction eneded. So in the end it worked out for me, even though I wasn't sure if I'd ever see the card. But...it was way more hassle than should have been necessary. It shouldn't have needed multiple emails and phone calls to complete the transaction. However, and I think this is key, is to always cover yourself and never leave yourself at the mercy of the seller.

The only thing that worked was calling-but since you've tried that I don't know what to say. I don't like that its been two months already....good luck with it.
