Best way to ship cards?

Just curious...I have about 2000 cards I need to ship, and want to do so in the best way possible to minimize the risk of damaging them.

Is going to 800 count boxes the best route, putting about 700 in each, and stuffing either side with peanuts to protect them the best way?

Thanks.

Ax - however you break them up, be sure to place them all into one larger box with plenty of room to suspend the inner boxes with packing material. I'd probably use four (4) 600 count boxes, pad the inside ends to prevent movement inside the boxes, tape the four boxes together in a square (two rows of two boxes) and then lay them inside a much bigger box overstuffed with packing material above below and all around so nothing moves or can move. If you need my mailing address I'll be happy to provide.

AS long as they are not cashews.
  • Without a doubt, you should double box as MorrellMan describes.

Got the 600 count boxes tonight...will look for a bigger box to ship them in.

    Thanks for the idea.
